Calcium acetate is a calcium salt of acetic acid having formula Ca(C2H302)2. The Calcium acetate anhydrous form is very hygroscopic. When the water content of Calcium acetate is removed from it, it has become anhydrous or in powder form and is called as Calcium Acetate Anhydrous.
